Madhyabhotekoshi’s IPO is getting richer on the first day.
The shares of Madhyabhotekoshi Hydropower Company are being prepared to be listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) within the next one year.
According to Ram Gopal Shiwakoti, CEO of the company, the process is underway to list the IPO of Madhyabhotekoshi in Nepse within the next one year.
“The listing has taken some time due to the large volume of shares and the time it took to compile the data of the founders, locals and the general public,” he said. If the shares are listed by next Wednesday,
the shares are likely to be traded from next week.CDSC spokesperson Suresh Neupane also said that the documents of Madhyabhotekoshi have reached CDSC.
“By tomorrow, CDSC will complete the process for the company,” he said, adding that the company would then proceed with the process of listing in Nepse.
The company had allotted IPO on October 27. The company has already appointed Global IME Capital in RTS. Accordingly, the company had issued a total of 9 million IPOs at a face value of Rs 100.
Out of the total eviction, 360,000 units (4 percent) have been reserved for employees and 450,000 units (5 percent) have been set aside for collective investment funds.
The general public had applied for the remaining 8.1 million lots. The IPO issue and sale manager was Global IME Capital Limited.
The co-issuers were NIBL S Capital, Prabhu Capital, Laxmi Capital Market, Civil Capital Market, Sanima Capital and CBIL Capital.
